Document Centre is written for all companies that work on projects, and share project details among the employees. Project details are stored in a common database, while mails are stored in Microsoft Outlook's "Public Folders". Common files lie where they already are, in a shared area on the file server.
Unlike most of our competition, we allow you to design the database and the user interface yourself. This lets you design the system to cover your company's specific needs, both in terms of data content; and the user interface to it. If you for example need a new checkbox, you simply add a database column to hold the data, enter Document Centre Admin; where you associate the data with a on-screen checkbox; and that's all there is to it.
Document Centre lets you keep all info belonging to a project together, you may read and open mail and files connected to the project from the project itself. You can also let Document Centre auto-generate documents containing information from the project. This ensures the quality of the process, and speeds up the work.
